Gordon Cooper is our Founder and Consultant Quality Manager. He has 20 years of experience working with Quality Standards and initially started when ISO 9001 was known as BS 5750. He has a passion for not only ensuring that the best possible Quality Management System has been created but also providing our customers with a first class, professional and approachable service in Management Information and Administration. He believes that by working closely with individuals at all levels within a company ensures ownership stays with them, whilst being able to pass on his knowledge and experience in an open and constructive way.
He holds registration as an IRCA Internal Auditor and is a member of the United Quality Management Institute (UQMI) and the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP).
Gordon has worked on projects in a number of different business sectors including Insurance, Finance, Logistics, Airline Security and Parcel Delivery Services. He has also been involved in Health and Safety, Environment and Transport compliance and has a working knowledge of the internal and legal requirements within these fields.
