I had an Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatment with Lucia, a gift from my daughter. The treatment room is beautifully decorated and gives a sense of calm immediately. Lucia took time to explain what would happen, as I had no idea about Reiki. She is passionate about what she does and that comes over in her excellent customer service and caring approach. The Indian Head Massage was done with me seated on a special chair, which I had not experienced before. It was very comfortable, and enabled Lucia to work thoroughly on the painful areas of my neck and shoulders. She really loosened them up and they felt much better afterwards. The Reiki treatment was pleasant and relaxing.

I had reiki and mini massage by Lucia. Both were excellent treatments in a calm and relaxing environment so much so I nearly fell asleep! I have waited a long time to find a local therapist who gives great treatments. I have had beauty treatments elsewhere where the treatment room is part of a hair salon and have not had good experiences as the hair salons are really noisy and you cannot relax. I was sceptical about going here for that reason only as Renew is above the salon but I could not hear a sound from below. I would recommend to anyone

​I had a Reiki session with Lucia. It was really lovely. I adored the heated bed and the calm and peaceful room Lucia has created. She took the time to explain things and I found the whole experience was great. I left feeling very calm and happy.

My husband has booked me a full body massage with Lucia which I definitely needed as I suffer from muscle spasms at the moment along with other back issues..the first thing when I got onto comfortable heated massage bed Lucia just put her hands on my lower back and shortly after I have felt this strong heat coming out of her hands warming my back intensely...it was strange but amazing feeling which Lucia explained it was the healing reiki coming through...it was just so lovely calming and relaxing. The whole body massage was really nice and relaxing. I just didn't want it to end :) Lucia is really lovely and bubbly girl. Thank you very very much Lucia for a beautiful experience xxx

I had a lovely treatment from Lucia. The room was very comfortable and warm. She was very knowledgeable about Reiki and the benefit of massage and Reiki combined together. I left feeling very relaxed and also rejuvenated.

​Following an excellent indian head massage from Lucia I moved on to trying hopi ear candles to further relieve my sinus problems. Very effective treatment carried out professionally as usual by a caring and courteous Lucia. It is totally painless and the accompany head/face massage is divine. Thoroughly recommended!
